1. Do you handle retouching?

   You bet! When we deliver your job, you will receive a full set of optimized, lightly retouched files. You won’t have to lift a finger.

2. How long does the shoot take?

   That depends on how many looks you need. Plan on hair and makeup taking about 90 minutes per head. The shoot takes about 30 minutes per look.

3. Do you have a studio?

   Yes! we have a gorgeous studio in a luxury, elevator building. 

4. Shall I do my own hair and makeup?

   We typically recommend you use one of our experienced beauty artists for your shoot.

5. How long does it take for you to deliver my job?

   Although turn around times depend on our job queue, we turn most jobs around within about a week.
