Q.Do you do all the retouching?

A: You bet we do! When we deliver your job, you will receive a full set of optimized, lightly retouched files.

 

Q. How long does the shoot take?

A: That depends on how many looks you need. Some actors, for example, need several looks, to show versatility. Whereas a therapist or physician only needs one or two looks for conferences and LinkedIn. We will shoot whatever you need. Plan on hair and makeup taking about 90 minutes per head. The shoot will take about 45 minutes per look.

 

Q. Do you have a studio?

A. Yes! we have a gorgeous backdrop that flatters everyone’s skin tone.

 

Q. Do I do my own hair and makeup?

A: We recommend you use one of our talented hair and makeup artists for your shoot. You shouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Let us pamper you.

 

Q. How long does it take for you to send me my job?

A: We turn all jobs around within about a week. In some cases, within 72 hours.
